**Company Overview**
We are partnering with Southeast Asia's leading IT company. This is an individual contributor role which directly reports to the Senior Finance Manager. This role entails responsibilities such as handling general ledger (GL) duties, journal entry preparations, supporting financial closings, ensuring accounting standard compliance and working with stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain general ledger, prepare journal entries, and perform account reconciliations.
- Support financial closing processes monthly and annually.
- Prepare financial reports (such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements) accurately and on time.
- Provide financial reports to management and external stakeholders, when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, Singapore FRS, and internal policies.
- Ensure proper intercompany reconciliation and oversee intercompany reporting.
- Provide support for SAP AMS and implement enhancements together with the IT team.
- Work closely with the commercial team, C-level executives, and other departments to streamline processes.
- Lead process improvement projects to increase efficiency of financial reporting and operations.
- Establish internal controls.
- Responsible for month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Cross-functional collaboration with the commercial team, C-level executives, and other departments.
- Liase with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Assist in preparing and filing GST, corporate tax, and other statutory returns.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

**Education and Experience**
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CA is required.
- 5+ years of relevant working experience in general ledger accounting or financial reporting.
- Past MNC exposure would be advantageous.
- Hands-on with SAP AMS.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and Singapore FRS.
- Expertise in month-end and year-end close processes, financial statement preparation, and tax filings.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organization skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
