**Position Overview**:The PA will support household operations, manage family and individual schedules, and handle various day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations at home.

**Contract Type**:Contract position with no CPF contributions.

**Working Hours**:10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday

**Location**:
Katong (landed property)

**Monthly Fee**:SGD 4,000 (no CPF)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Kids' Schedule**:

- Coordinate and maintain a comprehensive online Google calendar for school schedules, extracurricular activities, and appointments
- Arrange transportation, pick-ups, and drop-offs as needed to ensure kids are on time for all commitments
- Communicate with teachers, tutors, and activity coordinators concerning scheduling and homework
- **Household Management**:

- Supervise household shopping for helpers to ensure stock of essentials
- Assist in weekly menu planning based on dietary preferences and needs
- Supervise and coordinate with household helpers, setting daily tasks and ensuring the quality of work
- Bill payment for local services
- Point of contact for deliveries and receiving service providers
- Veterinary appointments for pet
- **Appointment Management**:

- Schedule and manage personal and business appointments
- Maintain a digital calendar for quick reference and reminders

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable, discreet, and detail-oriented
- Google (Gmail, Calendar), Asana, WhatsApp

Pay: Up to $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
