**Purpose**:Support and deliver the required manning plan for vessels, projects or ranks within your assigned responsibility.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Working together with other members of the Crewing team to deliver and ensure vessels and/or projects are manned in line with agreed manning plans
- Collating and checking of certificates for seafarers
- Arranging of pre-joining testing and associated tasks as required
- Accommodation and travel booking
- Payroll review and assistance
- Updating of crew management system
- Co-ordination with relevant project teams, vessels and customers
- Purchase requests and administration
- Identification of gaps in certification
- Co-ordination with third party suppliers of manpower
- Other tasks as required by the Crewing Manager

**Qualifications/Skills/Experience**

**Required**:

- Experience in maritime crewing and/or offshore personnel crewing
- Good planning and budgeting knowledge
- Good administration skills
- Good awareness of Microsoft office
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to work with multi-national teams

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
