Coffee Shop Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure the coffeeshop runs efficiently.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, ensuring all protocols are followed.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Lead and supervise a team of coffeeshop assistants.
- Create and manage staff schedules to maintain adequate coverage.
- Train new employees on coffeeshop policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to staff.
- Uphold high standards for cleanliness, quality, and efficiency.

**Job Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a café or food service environment.
- Strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Singaporeans only

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month
