Job Title: Façade Inspector
AP CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD - Yishun
**Job Description**:
Assist Facade Competent Person (CP) to carry out inspection on Building façade.
- Carry out 100% visual inspection
- Identify defects and prepare PFI report
- Required to take gondola for 10% close-range inspection
- Incorporate close-range inspection photographs in to the PFI report
- Registered with IES as a Facade Inspector is required.
