**Roles & Responsibilities**
**JD**
- To co-ordinate with customers both local and regional on correspondence: - enquires, quotation, order confirmation, after sales & shipment matters.
- Carry out Proactively activity as instructed by Key Account Manager and work closely to understand and handle any issue that may arise
- To co-ordinate with Germany HQ, shipment instructions
- To liaison with 3PL on shipment arrival, repacking & dispatch
- To assist Customer Care manager on any other matter
**Salary range**
- S$2,200-$3,000
**Working hours**
- 9:30 -6:30
**Working Location**
- 10 UBI CRESCENT
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year experience on administration work & work experience as logistic administrator
- Ability to fluently spoken, read & write English
- Able to work independently and a team player
- Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel & knowledge of ERP system, preferably NAV & SAP
- O level & above
- Able to start work immediately
