**About our client**

Our client is a large-scale manufacturer of material handling equipment and systems. They offer a comprehensive range of material handling equipment including various kinds of hoists, overhead cranes, gantry cranes, slewing cranes, goods hoists, crane accessories and other automated systems.

**Project Admin Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle documentation of projects
- Responsible for arranging meetings, prepare minutes for the meeting, notices, agenda and other correspondences in the department
- General administration support to project team
- Support project team on issuing Delivery order, work report, safety document, etc.
- Tracking of project activities
- Preparation of monthly project reports/summary list to management.
- Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- GCE ‘O’ Level and above
- 2 years’ relevant working experience
- Meticulous, team player and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS office
