Customer Care Reception

**Customer Care Reception (102)**:
- Attending Scheduled Clinic Meetings and Huddles.
- Send out appointment reminders and handle patients' SMS / Message replies in a timely manner
- Managing office supplies such as dental products, stationery, equipment and furniture
- Maintaining office services as required (such as cleaners and maintenance companies)
- Receiving and dispatching deliveries when needed
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
- Submission of dental claims vis CHAS, Medisave and Dental Insurance portals.
- Ensuring all consent forms and medisave forms are passed to patient for filling when required.
- Administrative duties such as maintaining clinic records, fill out clinic forms, and file timely reports
**Requirement**:
- Knowledge of dental clinic procedures and notations. (Training will be provided)
- Exceptional telephone etiquette
