Singapore RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. Full time

**We are looking for an MOM registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) for a period of two (2) years with an option to extend for another year.
**Scope of Work**
- To conduct safety and health inspections of the Premises
- To submit safety and health inspection report, and discuss finds of hazards that may result in potential injury to personnel, property damage within the premises with relevant recommendations to the Employer after inspection
- To attend and provide secretarial service to the Employer for the Workplace Safety and Health (“WSH”) Committee meeting to be held monthly, for all three divisions. The WSHO is required to take meeting minutes and submit to the Employer within five (5) days of the meeting date
- To provide WSH advices as and when needed
- To conduct investigation of work accidents, dangerous occurrences and/or near misses that have taken place at the Premises (throughout the year including weekends and public holidays) and furnish reports of the findings including the root causes and recommendations for risk control and mitigation to the Employer. The report shall be submitted in accordance to the format required by the Employer
- To evaluate, observe and make suggestions to improve the effectiveness of WSH management systems
- Identify, assess, control and manage WSH risks; and develop, implement, maintain and improve WSH management systems and culture
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of WSH management systems for recognition, assessment, control and management of WSH risks
- Implement WSH risks control measures and management systems at workplace

**Requirements**:

- MOM registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)
- At least 2 years of demonstrated relevant experience
