**About the role**

**Key Areas of Responsibilities**
- Understanding of principles of highest quality design
- Ability to author and facilitate innovative original design solutions
- Developing business though established client network and public representation of the firm
- Build effective agile design teams, coach talent to success
- Ability to interpret and develop a design brief and work successfully with stakeholders
- Creative, fast thinking and ability to convey ideas through sketches
- Ability to handle engineering co-ordination of architecture
- Ability to lead a design team and deliver on time
- Project resource and time planning and management
- Strong team briefing and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage design competitions efficient strategic design and communication
- Committed to low impact design strategies developed from objective benefit analysis.

**Key Competencies**:

- Degree holder in Interior Design / Architecture from recognized institution.
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in Workplace Interior projects in Singapore or Asia
- Experience should also be inclusive of 3 years in Singapore &/or 5 years in a project management or design leader role;
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft Office package.
- Excellent communication in spoken & written English
- Effective communicator & presenter, strong problem solving & time management skills to smoothly coordinate with consultant teams & liaise with clients directly
- Ability to lead projects and internal teams with mínimal supervision
- Prepare and present client pitches confidently
- Demonstrated creative design and experience in Asia region’s workplace projects
- Experienced Management of Teams and resources in similar role
- Understanding of Financial management of Projects and Studio Resources
- Prior Business Development Experience is an advantage
