We have a unique opportunity to join a Multi-national FinTech Firm as an Application Support Analyst, you will be an integral part of their Technology team, supporting enterprise-wide systems critical to the commodities industry.

This role involves a mix of monitoring, support, release management, and DevOps responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure successful execution of time-critical batch steps, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Communicate with clients/vendors, keeping them informed of incident progress and upcoming changes or outages.
- Manage issues, projects, and communication with stakeholders efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Service Desk to route requests to appropriate resources for quick resolution.

**Technical Skillset**:

- Minimum 4+ years of work experience in the IT industry.
- Experience working within a fast-paced financial environment
- Good knowledge of OpenLink Endur system (Gas and Power).
- Working knowledge of Endur OpenJVS programming.
- Experience with CTRM Application support, including upstream/downstream systems.
- Programming skills using Python, JAVA,.Net, or any other programming language.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills for interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
