You will report to and support the Director, Office for Innovation, to oversee the administration of innovation grant calls and innovation clinics. You will be responsible for leading a team consisting of a Senior Manager, Managers and Executives. You will work with key leaders to formulate, drive, implement and support various innovation programs and initiatives under the Academic Medicine Innovation Institute (AMII) on priority areas such as culture building and developing human capital, co-development and test-bedding, adoption and scaling, emerging technologies and data.
- You will coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including sister departments in the Division of Innovation and Transformation (DOIT), various innovation offices and programmes across SingHealth. You are expected to be able to work flexibly across institutional and departmental boundaries, e.g. in cross-departmental projects.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 12 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare management, innovation funding, or any other innovation-related field.
- Prior knowledge about healthcare innovation process and commercialisation.
- Experience in people management
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Experience and familiarity with local healthcare system.
- Ability to handling complex, ambiguous and challenging situations
- Ability to manage change in a fluid environment within a growing organisation
- Ability to work well with all members of the team, with dynamic reporting lines and multiple
- stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional team player who has demonstrated strategic, and analytic skills.
- A leader with the passion and ability to lead, coach, mentor, and groom staff at the junior level
- Action oriented, highly motivated and target focused
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
