**Our Client **is one of the market leaders in the provision of a total solution for industrial specialty gases, unique welding requirement and range of safety products, and with growing client base in the various heavy industries.

**The Job**:

- Coordinate, implement and maintain safety, health and environment (HSE) activities.
- Liaise with respective key authorities on matters related to HSE, Fire Safety and Utilities.
- Follow up on audit matter, deliver action plan, ensure compliance for both local and regional activiies/projects
- Conduct daily inspection of project work and activities to ensure compliance with government legislations and company's regulations.
- Investigate incidents, analysis of root causes and recommend corrective measures.
- Responsible for proper documentation on all related matters pertaining to safety policies and procedure, accident reports, checklist, etc.
- Educate and train employee on workplace health and safety.
- Prepare reports and highlight critical matters to managements.
- Support HSE lead on HSE funcitons.
- WSQ Diploma/Degree in HSE or equivalent disciplines
- Knowledge of ISO ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SS506 part 3 and applicable legal requirements
- Possess Advanced Certificate in WSH (ACWSH) Level B or above
- Relevant hands-on operational engineering experience in heavy industry, e.g. oil & gas, shipping/marine, manufacturing, metal fabrication, etc.
- Meticulous in documentation and detail-oriented
