To support our legal team in Singapore we are looking for a **(Senior) Associate specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) **to join our fast-growing M&A practice.

**Responsibilities**:

- Involvement in venture capital and growth equity transactions; responsible for the entire life-cycle of such transactions (due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents etc).

**Requirements**:

- Degree in law.
- 2-4 years PQE as corporate commercial attorney with reputable law firms.
- Qualified in Singapore. We would also look into other common law qualifications.
- Experience working on M&A transactions; international law firm training an advantage.
- Pro-active, flexible and hands-on.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and good inter-personal skills.
- Strong ability to work autonomously.
- Pragmatic and a problem-solver who is a team player.
