Shipping industry is one of the most active contributors to greenhouse gases and these emissions are projected to increase significantly to about 10% of the total global greenhouse gas emission by 2050, if mitigation measures are not put in place swiftly.

Sing Fuels is embarking on an ambitious and exciting journey of energy transition to fundamentally transform the shipping industry to run entirely to clean energy. As Sing Fuels, looks for new innovative solution to reduce the carbon emission of the maritime industry, we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect who can identify the power requirements of different maritime industry and help develop a self-reliant green solution plan. In this role, you will be working closely with the stake holders of maritime industry, ship owners, engineers, energy storage supplier, renewable energy provider and local universities to develop effective green solution for shipping industry.

**Strategic**:

- Develop master plan for expansion of the business
- Identify and study the key challenges in marine industry towards adapting a low carbon solution
- Determine and define the structure and requirement of the department operations

.**Design & Planning**
- Develop Marketing plan towards a brand boost for companies adopting green shipping solutions and product positioning- Define and develop economical green solution for shipping industry in partnership with local university and suppliers.
- Involve all the stake holders of maritime industry and define a proof-of-concept project.
- Develop standard operating procedures for key manufacturing and operations processes
- Develop and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
**Execution**:

- Oversee the implementation of a pilot green solutions within sites or microgrids operated by the customers
- Collaborate with other colleagues from diverse backgrounds in Shipping industry to identify problems and find solutions
- Keep detailed records, generate reports, analyze project cost, and develop presentations to help management understand operational performance across different metrics.
- Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical or Marine Engineering, Business Management or related field

**Additional Information**:

- Previous working experience in Shipping industry and of handling micro-grid projects with PV, batteries, loads, DG and other renewable inputs would be a considered as a bonus.
- Demonstrated ability in building good relationship with key business stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate complex business requirements to functional and technical solutions.
- Creative and innovative problem solving and logical and structured decision making.
- Ability to manage all aspects of manufacturing operations, from strategic planning, product development, procurement, to the assembly and shipment of finished items
