Job responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging GCE A Level lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and GCE A Level examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and development.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings to enhance teaching practices and GCE A Level curriculum development.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest educational trends and methodologies.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and progress.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities and school events to promote student engagement and community involvement.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Diploma in Education (DipEd) from the National Institute of Education (NIE).
- Proven experience as a teacher, preferably at the junior college level.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $5,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
