Our clinic is hiring a **Senior/Clinic Assistant **to join our growing practice to provide high-quality vision care to our patients.

**Operational / Administrative Duties**
- Welcoming and registering patients
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Billing on EMR platform
- Manage and scan medical records
- Collation of letter of certification and corroboration with billing
- Be responsible for clinic inventory of medications and consumables
- Handling delivery orders and receiving ordered items
- Conduct stock take at regular intervals
- Manage stock and procure supplies with vendors which need replenishing (consumables, lens implants, medications, equipment)
- Record list of operations and surgeries
- Organise memos and replies to referring parties
- Manage clinic flow of patients
- Maintain clinic secretarial / office system in good order

**Patient Care**
- Provide premium customer service for patients
- Financial counselling of patients
- Escorting patients within the medical premises of the hospital
- Dispense doctor-prescribed medications to patients
- Scheduling of patients for surgery
- To operate eye diagnostic machines for patients (training will be provided)

**Finance Matters**
- Accounts receivables - to issue invoices, and work with finance to track payments

**Any other related duties**
- As may be assigned by the Medical Director, from time to time
