**Responsibilities**
- Standardize and streamline our DevOps processes and tools, with the goals of more rapid, reliable and automated builds and deployments.
- Defines a long-term cloud strategy to achieve complex business objectives.
- Understand DevOps and cloud architecture trend, implement and recommend best practice solutions.
- Works with Engineering/QA teams to improve adoption of CI/CD tools and best practices and increase development productivity and efficiency.
- Drive CI/CD pipeline modernization and DevOps transformation by coordinate technology selection, resource creation, and process improvement with the stakeholders from development and operation teams.
- Oversees AWS cloud usage, security, cost tracking and estimating. Helps negotiate contracts and discounts in collaboration with Procurement.
- Design and implement CI/CD monitoring dashboard to automate the setup process to collect and visualize CI/CD metrics that demonstrate progress towards goals.
- Manage existing tools subscriptions and accounts, software licenses, new tools evaluation, setup, and configuration.
- Lead and manage a high-performing and geographically distributed engineering team to achieve team goals.
- Provide roadmap status update to executives on a regular basis.
- Recruit. hire, mentor, and coach engineers at different levels of experience.

Requirement
- Strong analytic skills and an effective communicator and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- 8+ years hands-on experience in DevOps, build/release engineering or software configuration management, with 5+ years of management experience.
- Solid experience with CI/CD practices including unit testing, static code analysis, security testing, performance testing.
- Solid experience with AWS or other cloud providers.
- Experience with planning and budgeting software tool license, outsourcing and vendor management
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical work experience.
