Senior Solutions Architect

As a Sr. Solutions Architect/ APJ Team Lead, your primary responsibility will be to help identify, develop, and deliver consulting services as part of the Solution Architecture practice based in the APJ Region, under the Professional Services team.
This role's primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and deliver existing and newervice opportunities that includes primarily Architecture Reviews but also a focus on Use Case Design. Showing potential clients how Recorded Future can help an organization’s SOC, IR, and TI teams gain context, track information in real-time and prevent cyber attacks and breaches.
Services include, but not limited to:
- Take on a more initiative role and being proactive in supporting the team with designs, knowing when to take on a difficult customer and allowing more junior staff to assist. Assist all team members for direction when issues arise or questions persist.
- Lead new research and drafting Reference Architectures materials used to help support sales, internal knowledge sharing and customers.
- Ability to take direction by leaders when initiated.
- Ability to present topics of expertise internally and externally facing audiences.
- Engage in cross functional teams such as Product, Engineering, QA, IntSrv and Sales for enhancements to product, services, design and implementation.
- Enable custom PS services design work for customers (Architecture Reviews, Use Case Development, Custom Work).
- Grow capabilities and engage is support from Intsrv, SEs and other analysts in the region and to guide growth, expertise, cross training in all regions.
Corrediating efforts in technical integrations, mainly SOAR, among cross team functions in the region and growth areas (Product, Engineering, SE’s and Sales).
- Engage with Sales, Int. Srv on workflow and process improvements, tracking and managing accounts and when to engage for services.
- Design offerings where you will be working closely with customers in showing how Recorded Future can be leveraged and providing advice to shape an organization’s Security Operations workflow. Designs will leverage internal frameworks and methodologies.
