Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to help clients move better, and live better through exercise. Under the immediate direction of the case and team leads, your primary role is to guide the client in completing their rehab journey through appropriate exercise planning and instruction; and effective communication with the team and client. This role reports to the Functional Rehab's department lead.

**Responsibilities**
- Undergoing and passing in-house training programme within two tries
- Establishing rapport with case leads to get referrals
- Planning exercises/sessions in consult with case leads
- Ensuring clients complete their rehab journey
- Updating team timely on client's progress

**Requirements**:

- Passion in working with clients with injury and helping them maximise their rehab potential
- Team player
- Proactive in advancing career, team and client's interests
- Strong growth mindset and learning attitude
- Sports Science Degree and/or Certificate in Personal Training (ACE or ACSM)
- Fresh grads from Sports Science courses
- Personal Trainers with 1-2 years of experience
- Therapy Assistants (TA) with experience in musculoskeletal rehab

**Probation Period**

6 months, with a possibility of fast-forwarding or extending based on performance

Pay: From $3,100.00 per month

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- phyiscal therapy/fitness training: 1 year (preferred)
