My Client a leading asset manager is looking to hire a corporate actions expert to join their team for 6 months. This is a fixed-term contract role and an opportunity to work with highly qualified professionals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of three year’s equity and/or bond Corporate Actions experience (from any of Asset Management, Broker/Investment Bank or Custodian Bank)
- Ability to articulate the corporate actions process flow by SWIFT messages
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with a strong command of English, to correct punctuation, spelling and grammar

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake all elements of corporate actions processing with a high level of accuracy within deadlines. This includes analysing and validating multiple data sources to validate the gold copy, lifecycle management, instructing service providers and clearing of daily cash and asset reconciliation breaks
- Second, check team members’ work throughout key stages within the process, and immediately raise suspected issues
- Liaise directly with service providers, agents, market data services and occasionally directly with companies to fully understand the terms of events, including documentation and restrictions
- Articulate corporate action information to personnel at all levels, especially when raising potential issues to management before they material
