**Responsibilities**:
- Installation, configuration, preparation and troubleshooting of PCs and devices.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve basic technical hardware and software access problems for end users.
- Maintain and update periodically of IT related equipment.
- Basic server administration of user account.
- Basic maintenance and updates of website content using HTML code.
- Provide assistance for any faulty system in the Company.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Min. NITEC in IT related discipline.
- Entry level, minimum 1 years of help desk or technical support experience.
- Basic technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, server and networking.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
