**Job Scope**
- Customised cake decoration ( floral arrangement, buttercream painting, fondant art etc)
- Manage supplies and inventory levels
- In charge of Research & development ⁣ (festive items, new products)
- In charge of team's training and development
- Create proper SOPs for new items

**Job Requirements⁣⁣**:

- 2-3 years baking experience will be preferred.⁣
- Responsible, pro-active, ability to work well in a team⁣.⁣
- Attention to details, precision in baking.
- Ability to cope and work in a fast paced environment⁣.⁣
- Willingness to learn and grow as an individual and with the team.⁣

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,100.00 per month
