We are looking for energetic and committed individuals to join our group of specialist clinics at multiple locations across Singapore. Our team of Clinic Assistants play a critical role in delivering quality care and services to our patients and ensuring the smooth running of daily clinic operations.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Perform receptionist duties (e.g. attend to phone calls/visitors).
- Upkeep clinic facilities/premise, including ensure overall cleanliness of clinic.
- Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointments, billing/payment collection, coordinate investigation/procedure schedules, etc.
- Perform administrative duties such as insurance/medisave claims, maintain filling system, maintain accurate clinical data records, accounts settlement, stock taking, etc
- Assist doctors during consultation and clinic procedures if required (e.g. chaperoning, perform in-house procedures, such as Lung Function Test, Skin Prick Allergy Test, Infleunza Test, etc.)
- Any other tasks as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor

**Requirements**:

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
- Experience in healthcare or customer service setting will be an advantage
- Able to commit to 5.5 day work week (Mon to Fri full day and Sat Half day)
- Comfortable with deployment among 2 or more clinic locations, when required
