**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using Tibco tools (Tibco BusinessWorks, EMS, ActiveMatrix, etc.).
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation for all development work, including architecture, design, and testing artifacts.
- Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
- Develop test plans and conduct unit, system, and integration testing to validate solutions.
- Optimize existing Tibco-based solutions to improve performance and scalability.
- Stay updated on Tibco technologies and trends, recommending best practices to enhance team efficiency.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of integration concepts like SOA, REST, SOAP, and message-oriented middleware.
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and related data transformation techniques.
- Experience with databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.) and writing optimized queries.
- Familiarity with cloud integration platforms and tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Tibco certification (BusinessWorks, EMS, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
