***Essential Functions**:

- Derive organoid models from human tissue samples and perform drug screening for patient samples in adherence to company SOP’s and compliance to relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Perform in-vitro experiments for internal quality assessment and lot-to-lot tests to monitor the performance of lab-developed test under a clinical lab setting.
- Project Management. Planning, managing, executing, troubleshooting, and delivering of _in vitro_
- Perform laboratory tests and data analyses to produce reliable and precise data to support scientific investigations.
- Assay development. Develop new assay protocols and cell culture models on identified topics relevant to the field.
- Work with Quality Manager, actively contribute and support the implementation of process improvement programs.
- Provide guidance to junior team members in clinical documentation process as well as different cell and molecular lab techniques.
- Inventory management, update accounting records on Navision.
- Conduct literature searches on identified topics relevant to the field. Keep up to date with technical developments, especially those that improve reliability and efficiency.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in cancer biology / life science relevant fields
- At least 5 years of Clinical laboratory work experience.
- Experience with Clinical laboratory process documentation.
- Prior cell culture and molecular biology lab experience.
- Experience working with iPSC / MSC / primary cells / human tissue / 3D cell culture/ PDX.
- Prior experience in microscopic work/image base analysis/flow cytometry analysis
- Experienced in data analysis, results interpretation and report writing.
- Ability to handle projects with supervision from project leader.
- Capable of troubleshooting.

- Highly driven & self-motivated.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Integrity and sense of urgency.
