**Job Description:
Supporting the designated Fleet Team with technical and marine matters, working with Vessel Managers (VeM) and Voyage Managers (VoM).
- Support the VeM with dry dock and repair project planning, execution and close-out, attending the project site when required.
- Support VoM on Marine Projects and vessel updates.
- Assist VeM with OPEX budget preparation.
- Review, maintain and prepare vessel shareholder presentations for agreed submission dates.
- Maintain record of the fleet service agreements, confirm purchase orders are issued at year start and previous years purchase orders are all invoiced.
- Produce and maintain Monthly KPI records for the relevant fleet team, highlighting compliance with annual survey and ship visit requirements.
- Complete monthly post meeting reports for Charterers / Fleet.
- Administer the disbursement account administration, detailing Line items and account codes.
- Gradually start to support the team with some VeM duties when one VeM is out of office.
- Review and respond to Management Meeting minutes in Shipnet. Provide summary to VeM.
- Review, summarise and close Captains and Chief Engineers Handovers, important points highlighted to VeM and particular
- Send to vessels Class Status report on monthly basis.
- Update Vessel Movement list and issue Safety Incentive letter.
- Support VoM as required.
- Support shipnet occurrence review and processing as defined by fleet manager.
- Support VeM with Guarantee claims administration
- Monitor and provide progression reports on the Teams “Management of Change”.
- Ensure Captains and Chief Engineers objectives are set, MOLNG 241 forms completed and records maintained.
- Review and update Near miss reports as required, ensuring all elements are completed to the correct standard.
- Review and approve Appraisals of junior crew staff
- Review and maintain fleet monthly KPI data and ensure fleet team are informed.
- Preparation and completion of presentations for Charterers / Owners as required by Fleet team.

**Job Requirements:
- Industry related degree (e.g. naval architecture, marine engineering)
- Served on a junior rank on a ship
- Understanding of LNG shipping industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
