The Financial Sponsors Group (FSG) is an integral part of IBD and works seamlessly in collaboration with Coverage groups and products to provide comprehensive and innovative advisory, financing and risk solutions to our Sponsor clients across global sectors such as consumer / retail / leisure, healthcare, technology, financial institutions, Greentech (including infrastructure, natural resources and power)

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing relationships with Sponsor client, help to identify deal opportunities to monetize Sponsor client relationship
- Drive and coordinate with internal product and coverage teams to assist deal execution
- Conduct valuation analysis, build and review complex financial models, strong understanding of LBO structures, debt financing, and capital structure optimization
- Analyze portfolio companies and assess potential exit scenarios or value creation strategies
- Prepare pitch books and marketing materials for client meetings; stay current on market trends, sponsor activities, deal flow, and sector dynamics
- The position is based in Singapore and work with cross-functional teams around the region

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years of Investment Banking experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within Financial Sponsors Group.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in writing Advanced financial modelling and financial analytical for Clients.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills - ability to interact confidently with clients and other professionals
- Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups or regions
- Self-starter who can drive projects and workstreams
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment in order to meet deadlines
- A strong sense of personal integrity and teamwork, including guiding junior analysts
- A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts
