**A high-end developer of modern upmarket residential properties in choice locations that cater to discerning individuals with refined tastes and high expectations.
**We are looking for dedicated people with drive, initiative and enthusiasm to join us as Property Manager.
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of on-site staff and the administration of all service contracts required for the smooth and effective running of the properties under management.
- Cultivate and maintain good relationship with residents, council members and government authorities.
- Ensure all preventive maintenance works are carried out according to schedule and the building facilities & equipment are in good working condition.
- Implement initiative that reduces short term and long term operating cost.
- Ensure compliances with all buildings and statutory regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management or its equivalent.
- Good working knowledge of BMSMA.
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
- Previous experience in managing luxury residential estates would be an advantage.Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.
