I. Minimum 5 years of experience with Sitecore CMS implementation and development

II. Minimum 8+ years of experience in software design and implementation in distributed, multi-tier environment

IV. Hands-on with Typescript, JavaScript Frameworks (React / Angular) and Node.js

V. Experience with Cloud Based software development like AWS

VI. Experience with Back-end development on SQL Server or other storage solutions

VII. Experience in source control system like TFS / GIT

IX. Sitecore certified professional developer will be an added advantage

**Roles and responsibilities**

I. Success in this role will require a high degree of collaboration, critical thinking, and process design expertise

II. Working closely with partner teams to build a cohesive product that delights customers

III. Explaining your work, asking good questions, listening, and learning from peers, partners, and customers

IV. Work closely with Web designers to evaluate and implement user experiences and help make data driven decisions

V. Provide technical guidance and code reviews to other teammates

VI. Proven ability to manage yourself and others to meet deadlines

VII. Ability to identify problems or inefficiencies, propose solutions, and drive demonstrable improvements

VIII. Familiarity with SCRUM and Agile methodology
