**Responsibilities**:
**Strive to achieve sales target**
- Welcome every customer entering the store with standard make up and uniform
- Meet and exceed sales and KPIs target by understanding customers’ needs, providing expert knowledge in make-up, skincare, fragrance and offering product demonstration
- Ability to advise customers on product pricing and on-going in store promotions
- Ensure key product launches, store initiatives and animation are fully supported
- Introduce complimentary gift wrapping

**Customer Service**
- Build and nurture a strong relationship with loyal customers
- Ensure great customer service experience is offered
- Master the Mystery Shopper Questionnaire and to be able to demonstrate the requirements.
- Present the CRM Program to every customer (benefits, offers etc.)

**Cashiering**
- Complete customer transaction in a professional, timely manner and with highest level of respect.
- Ensure accuracy in the collection of money from various modes of payment
- Strictly follow CRM policy (Birthday and Welcome gift redemption, use of 10% voucher etc.)
- Propose complimentary gift wrapping

**Merchandising**
- Ensure that the store is in good condition i.e. shelves are replenished, fixtures are clean, testers and prices are present in good condition.
- Ensure that the merchandising guidelines and planograms are followed according to the Merchandising Book and requirements.

**Stock Management**
- Participate in the inventory process to minimise shrinkage and ensure accuracy in stock management.
- Ensure stock room management is according to Sephora’s guideline and standard.

**OTHERS**
- Follow up on required actions from Weekly Action Box assigned by the Store Management Team
- Ensure store compliance with Sephora audit processes and requirements
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Team spirits to collaborate
- Hold passions for cosmetics and fashion industry
- Preference will be given to those who have cosmetics sales and retailing industry experience
