IT Specialist

Responsibilities
- maintain and manage off-premise hosted environments, private clouds, cyber security services, and IT systems and networks.
- Conduct routine configuration and installation of IT solutions Maintain IT infrastructure system and monitoring of servers, network inventory, and storage such as system health and security measures
- Responsible for investigating, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving network problems, system security issues, and making recommendations for improving the company's IT systems.
- Ensure that all IT operations, security, and infrastructure services run efficiently with little downtime.
- Provide day-to-day user assistance, operational and technical issues on hardware, software, and networks.
- Provide technical support for end-user computers or any other computing peripherals on software installation, upgrade, virus protection, server setup, and network configuration.

- Must be able to work effectively with teams to accomplish organization goals, taking actions that respect the needs and contributions of others as well as seeking to build consensus.
