**This is a 6 Months Contract role. (Cover maternity)**

**Salary Range: $2,200.00 - $2,400.00 Per Month**

**Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform business analysis, market analysis and support decision making through deep dives on consumer segment performance (subscriber base, ARPU, revenue and margins) with a second level insights on product performance by segments.
- Develop and continuously improve weekly and monthly performance dashboards to measure and provide insights on key performance indicators, track and monitor projects and marketing activities across various product lines and market segments.
- Monitor market trends, analyse customer usage and spending behaviour to identify opportunities to offer new or enhanced products, drive promotional collaboration and expansion to new customer segments.
- Monitor competitors activities and business intent with counter measures, and analyse competitors quarterly performance, provide benchmarking and market share analysis.
- Provide actionable recommendations on opportunities that support business objectives of maximizing revenue, market shares and minimizing risk.
- Work effectively across various functions within the Consumer Business Group and other key stakeholders to meet overall company objectives and budgeting/forecast exercise
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of weekly, monthly and quarterly business planning/performance tracking
- Initiate value-adding questions, discussions and recommendation to guide stakeholders and Product Owners based on observations of competitive landscape, performance metrics and data analysis/insights.
- Cross-collaboration and learning with team members within Pln, Prfm, Pricing & PMO, and to understand the overall CBG growth strategy and execution of business plans.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in management, marketing, economics, finance or a closely related field
- More than 2 years of working experience, preferably in the business planning role
- Telco experience or FMCG experience.
- Strong analytic and modelling skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to construct and evaluate business case and performance
- Good project management
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good rapport and collaborative working relationships with all levels of staff
