- Receives guidance only on new assignment / objectives and special / complex features.
- Independent on regular nature of work, uses personal experience, and applies relevant company policies and procedures.

- Anticipates potential problems, and proactively solves problems through creative thinking / using internal and external resources.
- This position is considered more seasoned, responsible and reliable in terms of knowledge, experience and decision making. Hence bigger responsibilities / accountability are expected. Participates in setting objectives for projects.
- Must not disclose the confidential technical / non-technical information to any unauthorized person / company / competitors. How are errors detected and what is possible impact of those errors.
- This position is considered more seasoned and chances for errors are mínimal. Thru soundness of self judgment, discussions with section lead and department manager for key decisions, regular review process the work accuracy is maintained.
- Participate in Engineering Reviews and Engineering Validation Activities including but not limited to HAZID, HAZOP, Studies, Operability, Front Loading Commissioning in design, SCE’s and Performance standards in Commissioning Procedures.
- To independently review & develop various complex commissioning deliverables, analyze the documents and highlight the shortfalls through vigorous review process and address these shortfalls with the team.
- Develop Onshore and Offshore Commissioning Procedures for Instrumentation and Control Systems. - To support in developing project deliverables as per project & client requirement
- Prepare & Review of company development work methodology / procedures.
- Capable of managing demanding expectations of clients which may range from addressing gaps to unexpected work scope variations while ensuring conformance to the project, regulatory and contract requirements.
- Attend FAT and SAT depending on project requirements.
- Independently deals with regulatory authority, class, vendors and clients with regards to comments or queries on commissioning deliverables and develops technical/engineering solutions to the issues raised.
- Participates in meetings with the project team to review progress and addresses interface/implementation/execution issues where necessary based on the standard procedures, practices and lessons learnt from past projects to ensure that the project proceeds timely and smoothly.
- Perform duties as per directives of reporting authority.
- Leads site execution team on performing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities planned for the Instrumentation & Control systems, managing the interfaces with Construction and Pre-Operations teams,
