**Job Summary
The Facility and Security Officer will assist the Department Function in managing warehouse facilities and security. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.

**Role and Responsibilities**

Facility Management:

- To ensure all the maintenance tasks are being performed in accordance with the maintenance schedule.
- Maintain and update preventive measure schedules.
- To conduct regular inspections within the facility to ensure the facility is maintained and function properly.
- Coordinate and liaise with contractors for maintenance or repair works.
- To update and maintain the Facility Management documents.

Security:

- Conduct regular security risk assessments within the facility for improvement.
- Point of contact and liaise with outsourced security vendor for all security matters.
- Review and maintain the security management standard operating procedure.

Communication:

- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and distribute correspondence, memos, and notices.
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.

Additional Duties:

- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within facility management and security.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Additional Notes**
- 5 Days Workweek
- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
