Grow Through Learning Pte Ltd is a Math learning centre for 4 - 12 year old students, specialising in making concepts easier for students to understand through fun and interactive activities.

Job Highlights:

- Curriculum, lesson plans and worksheets are provided, so teachers can focus on delivery of lessons.
- Training and coaching are provided to help teachers with personal and professional growth.
- Strong teamwork in sharing teaching pedagogy and feedback.

Tutor's Role:

- Understand student’s learning gaps and coach them with individualized lesson plans.
- Build strong rapport and relationships with students and parents.
- Monitor student’s learning progress and provide regular feedback.
- Support and cover teachers who are absent.
- Able to work on weekday afternoons and weekends, either Sat or Sun or both.
- Part time roles available.

Centre Administrator Role
- Working with our team of teachers for the smooth running of centre operations.
- Answering enquiries from parents and students.
- Scheduling and arranging of classes and timeslots.
- Taking attendance of students.
- Printing of worksheets and other relevant materials for students.
- Any other administrative duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Cheerful personality and passionate about working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competence and interest in Mathematics.
- Open and committed to centre training.
- Commitment to a permanent stint at the centre.
- Prior teaching experience (as private tutors or other centres) with demonstration of teaching pedagogy will be preferred.

- Mon: 3pm - 730pm
- Tues: 3pm - 730pm
- Wed: 3pm - 730pm
- Thurs: 3pm - 730pm
- Fri: 3pm - 730pm
- Sat: 9am
- 6pm
- Sun: 930am - 5pm
