- Transfer all holding area to respective accounts on a daily basis.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoices to all Travel Agent and Corporate bills.
- Resolve all Travel Agent and Corporate inquiries to guest satisfaction
- Resolve all credit card center inquiries to the guest satisfaction in timely manner
- Proper maintenance of refund log and submit to Income Audit for review
- Proper maintenance of charge back records
