Job Summary:

- Drive end to end project management for IoT Valve solution development which comprises of various function like mechanical, hardware, firmware and software/cloud.
- Lead core team meeting and project discussions for project monitoring and drive issues closures.
- Communicate project management status and executive summary to senior management and stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for new product and sustaining product development project management
- Responsible to prepare/enable IIoT Product Mass Production (MP) Process working with Supply Chain, Operation and Contract Manufacturer (CM).
- Will be involved in product development with a wide range of technology including various wireless technology, sensors technology, power electronics
- Work closely with CM/JDM/ODM partners and technology providers
- Leading R&D prototyping second source vendor for cost optimization.
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) process and manufacturing
- Lead full BOM and documentation readiness for MP

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- At least 5 years of working experience working with project management and hardware designs
- Familiar with Project Management methodology (Eg. PMP, PRINCE2, etc)
- Strong communication skills to provide executive status updates, manage project team deliverables and resolve conflict.
- Self-driven and able to drive issues to closure.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

- Sc./M.S. Computer Science, Software or Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Experience Requirement:

- Wide network of EE and ME vendor network for multiple sources.
- Experience with one or more of the following fields:

- AC/DC power design (supply, conversion, measurement)
- Sensors
- Wireless Technology
- Regulatory and Compliance (FCC, CE, ATEX)
- Embedded System
- Internet of Things (IoT)
- Willing to Travel to CM sites
- Must be fluent in English and Chinese
- spoken and written.
