POSITION

DFS IT is undergoing a significant transformation to modernize ways of working, move to cloud, deploy modular tech architectures/platforms, drive automation, digitize employee and customer experiences and deliver insights from DFS’ data.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage team of architects (cloud, integration, data, and solutions), developing architecture standards, principles and guidelines for the enterprise
- Understanding the business strategy & vision and translating them into enterprise wide technology vision & strategy in alignment with strategic priorities for growth, customer experience, efficiency etc.
- Establish strong business and technology partnership and relationships
- Governing enterprise-wide portfolio of systems / platforms as part of “Architecture Review Board’ and function as guardian of the strategy and architecture to make sure that new initiatives comply with the set guidelines
- Partner closely with LVMH Group on the architecture standards and framework
- Provides technical leadership and establishing the direction & governance framework for global IT enterprise architecture, standards, design, and implementation
- Evaluate and recommend the use of cloud native technologies and methods, considering their practicality, technical limitations, and criticality
- Create, evaluate, and implement high-level plans and design proposals for IT solutions and ensure performance tuning and scalability
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and digital trends in retail industry
- Team and budget management in terms of strategy, roadmap, performance reviews and developments

Key Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum of 12 years experiences in IT strategy, architecture, and infrastructure, with at least 5 years' experience in managing and building up team.
- Enterprise Architecture certifications (e.g.TOGAF)
- Experience with structured Enterprise Architecture practices and patterns (SoA, Microservices, etc), hybrid cloud deployments, and on-premise-to-cloud migration deployments/roadmaps.
- Experience with China ecosystems and enterprise architecture
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture Review Board & Governance, enterprise technology buying and evaluation process
- Experience in building, architecting, designing, and implementing highly distributed global cloud-based systems (AliCloud, Azure)
- Proven track record of designing and implementing digital technology solutions around E-commerce, CRM, Marketing, Retail POS, Supply chain, ERP (SAP S4 HANA), HR, Finance
- Experience with industry and security standards including China PIPL and Europe GDPR
- Experience with Agile delivery and DevOps processes
