- **We’re now looking for 2 retail assistants to provide high-level customer service at the retail level.**:

- **Basic + Allowance + Commission + Year end performance bonus + Medical and Insurance benefits**
- Explain the functions and qualities of our products to customers
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend suitable related products/solutions
- Taking passport photos for customers
- Assist to troubleshoot product issues with customers (if any)
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of the retail store to ensure it is clean, well-maintained, and presentable
- Execute any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities which the Company may assign from time to time at its discretion

**Job Requirements**
- Able to communicate in English
- Minimum 1 year of experience from retail industry
- Able to work retail hours and on weekends
- Highly customer and service-oriented with strong passion for retail operations
- Able to travel and work multiple locations. (Our branches are located
- at White Sands, Compass One, Parkway Parade, People's Park Complex, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Junction 8, Funan Mall & Coronation Shopping Plaza.)
