**Team Introduction**:
The Finance BP Global Business Solutions team is responsible for the overall budget and financial analysis of TikTok GBS, monetization products, to ensure the healthy development of businesses.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Reshape regional finance partnerships with local stakeholders into a business-insighted, pioneering practice
2. Work closely with HQ/regional business and strategy teams, provide insightful and timely financial advice to endorse business commitments
3. Prepare regional/country level managerial financial report and rolling forecast, track business financial performance and perform related financial analysis
5. Build and optimize financial processes and related systems to improve efficiency and mitigate control business risks

**Minimum Qualifications**:
1. Substantial track record in leading a globalized, diversified and inclusive finance practice, preferably in an entrepreneurial field, with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with a diverse range of cross functional stakeholders, including senior management.
2. The job may require travel up to 30% and it will be across various timezones.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. 12+ years of solid FP&A, sales finance, business consulting or related business/finance analytical experience.
2. High growth tech start-up experience, advertising industry or monetization products industry preferred.
3. CPA or equivalent qualifications preferred.
