**On a given day, you will**:

- Monitor and analyse market trends, identifying opportunities to optimise our trading conditions and liquidity
- Support on trading analysis projects that shape our product development and expand your knowledge of risk management strategies
- Develop and implement sophisticated risk management frameworks that protect our operations while maximising growth
- Utilise AI tools to streamline reporting, risk analysis and the evaluation of market trends
- Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve trading challenges and ensure seamless product launches
- Build relationships with key liquidity providers to secure the best trading conditions
- Learn to be proactive and create innovative solutions to trading problems in a fast-paced environmentStay up to date with trading markets and industry trends

**We would love to work with you if you**:

- Hold a university degree in mathematics, finance, or a related field
- Demonstrate a strong interest in trading and stay informed about industry trends; up to 1 year of experience as a trading analyst is a plus
- Possess sound data analysis skills and ideally have proficiency in SQL or similar
- Communicate confidently with diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management
- Exhibit strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Have experience or enthusiasm for embracing AI technologiesAre fluent in English, both written and spoken
