We are looking to hire a full-time Trader to join the firm’s investment team.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Actively support the investment process through monitoring and executing trades for a portfolio
- Perform quantitative strategy backtesting in Python or R
- Assist in managing risk, trade reporting, and P&L analysis
- Work closely with other areas of the firm to support the firm’s trading and control processes

**Requirements**:

- A high degree of personal diligence focused on consistently delivering tangible results by identifying, prioritizing and engaging investment opportunities
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant trading role (preferably in Options on either Fixed income or FX)
- Demonstrated curiosity to learn
- An undergraduate and graduate degree in a highly numerate field including Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Econometrics, Computer Science or Quantitative Finance
- Good coding skills on Python and VBA
