**Summary**:
The Associate Finance Manager is the owner of all customer and brand reporting & analyses for the business unit - including P&L by Customer by Brand, driving discussions & aligning action points with cross functional team in line with commercial strategy and profitability benchmarks. Leads Outlook, Plan and Strat Plan for the business unit, prepares related communication materials to senior management in corporate & is responsible for driving cross-functional team to deliver the results.

**Major Duties/Responsibilities**:
Drives and supports the integrated process of Annual Plan, Business Outlook and Strat Plan and supports the S&OP process of the business unit. Sets timeline, task list and deliverables for the cross functional team & delivery. Prepares analyses and financials for review before finalizing presentation slides for HSY Senior Management team reviews

Owns business unit’s P&L by Customer and P&L by Brand analyses & insights driven action points. Meets with sales and brand managers regularly to improve margins while optimizing Trade Promotions and Direct Brand investments. Oversees monthly accrual submissions by team to ensure proper cutoff, and budget control

Responsible for portfolio and pricing decisions by owning the pricing template. Update the price list by reflecting latest margin structure and other costs that vary by market and by customer. Build Analysis to ensure profitability and Volume hurdles. Acts as a Key partner for Portfolio management

Supports P&L simulation of new innovation. Gathers and organizes relevant information and prepares P&L projection to assess the viability and profitability of innovation projects. Keeps track of the new innovation P&L, compare against the projection and analyse

Oversees month-end closing of Trade Promotion and Direct Marketing Expenses and supports tracking of year-to-date spending and comparing against approved yearly budgets
