Location: Islandwide (Multiple Locations)

Working hours: 5 days work week, Rotating Shift Hours

Monday - Sunday, 12pm - 930pm / 230pm - Closing

Taxi Claimable for closing shift

**Job Summary**:
The Customer Service Officer at the bowling alley ensures a positive experience for customers by providing friendly and efficient service. This role involves handling inquiries, managing reservations, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:Greet and assist customers, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly.
- **Reservations and Transactions**:Manage lane reservations, process payments, and handle rental equipment.
- **Facility Maintenance**:Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized
- **Promotions and Events**:Inform customers about promotions, events, and specials; assist in organizing and coordinating events.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and provide an excellent customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- GCE "O" Levels
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, reliable, and a team player.
