**Job Summary**
**The Academic Assistant Manager / Academic Coordinator (Preschool) is a key member of the company’s team in charge of all programmes coordinated by the Academic Manager for Preschool.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Plan and align the overall planning of learning requirements to meet the company’s strategic needs**:
- ** Supervise a team of Academic Coordinators & Curriculum Specialists to ensure smooth materials preparation is done**:
- ** Coordinating with HR to ensure effective manpower planning and deployment of staff under the Academic Department - including recruitment, training, mentoring and performance appraisal**:
- ** Develop and implement SOPs to ensure effective materials preparation, and keeping of tutors’ records and performance**:
- ** Work hand in hand with the main in-charge of our school holiday workshops**:
- ** Actively participate in business projects or company events as a team leader or as a team member**
**Qualifications**
- ** Degree/Diploma in Education or PGDE (NIE/NTU)**:
- ** Passionate university graduates with no NIE qualifications and relevant experiences are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.**
