We are seeking a passionate and analytical Content Strategist with a keen interest in the healthcare industry to join our team. You will identify and implement content opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives, ensuring all content adds value to the consumer journey.
**Key accountabilities**:
- Responsibilities Include:
- Build a comprehensive content marketing strategy across various channels (videos, infographics, long-form articles, newsletters, etc.) to drive website traffic and engagement.
- Conduct in-depth audience research to understand customer needs, develop personas, and tailor content accordingly.
- Analyse content strategies, identify content gaps and opportunities, and conduct competitor and keyword gap analysis to maximize organic reach.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and editorial guidelines
- Oversee the crafting of compelling content ideas, outlines, and briefs for diverse content formats.
- Track and analyze content performance using relevant metrics and optimise existing content for search engines and user experience.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and offers value to the consumer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with overall campaign goals.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate content performance and ROI.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a communication or marketing field
- At least 5-8 years of experience in developing and executing successful content marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing and fostering a high-performing content marketing team.
- Keen interest in the healthcare industry.
- Clear understanding of business goals behind content's purpose and fluent in web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and social media analytic tools.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A willingness to embrace and adapt to change and strategies on the fly.
- Good experience in finding creative freelancers and managing outsourced work.
