**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and steer the creative vision for social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with the highest standards of luxury and lifestyle branding.
- Collaborate closely with the Strategist to ensure creative directions are in sync with broader social media strategies and objectives.
- Lead the development of compelling, on-brand content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Innovate content formats and storytelling techniques, setting new industry standards for social media creativity.
- Maintain visual excellence and trend-awareness in all content, ensuring alignment with client brand identities.
- Work with the Business Development Director to present creative concepts to clients, demonstrating how our strategies can boost their brand presence.
- Partner with Strategists to leverage performance data for refining creative approaches, using insights and trends as a guide.
- Encourage a culture of creativity and innovation within the team, promoting the use of new tools, formats, and ideas.

- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong emphasis on social media content production for lifestyle or luxury brands.
- An impressive portfolio demonstrating innovative and high-quality social media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, current trends, and best practices.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple timelines and priorities effectively.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field is required.
