**Job Description & Requirements**

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform any other tasks as assigned when necessary.
- Liaise and coordinate with supplier and project teams.
- Maintain, source, and procurement of material.
- Issue purchase orders and data entry.
- Participate in strategic planning of procurement for the company.
- In charge of the centralized purchases for the company.
- In charge of the store and purchase of the materials.
- To do stock inventory within a year.
- In charge of creditor invoices, delivery orders, and pricing.
- ISO preparation for internal and external audits.
- Analyse, monitor, and forecast inventory levels.
- Initiate and lead cost-saving initiatives.
- Liaise with local suppliers.
- Maintain and update the approved supplier list.
- Monitor and keep optimal inventory levels.
- Source, evaluate, and qualify suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- Min GCE ‘O’ Level or related certificates in Procurement/Supply Chain
- Min 1-2 years of procurement experience in supply management
- Procurement experience in Marine & Process Company, with NDT knowledge will be an advantage
- An independent individual who works well under pressure
- A good team player able to interact with people from all levels
