The selected applicant will be stationed at Pharmacy Services Center, PSC (located at IMH).

**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for accurate and timely dispensing of medicine to the right patient
- Provide pharmaceutical care services to _Intermediate, Long-term care (ILTC) facilities_
- Provide quality customer service
- Staff Training & Development
- Maintain the administrative functions necessary for pharmacy operation
- Assist in the setup of medication management system at new ILTC facilities

**Qualification**
- Degree in Pharmacy with professional license registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council and Form A license with Health Sciences Authority.
- Has 2-3 years of relevant working experience in running ambulatory clinics or providing pharmaceutical care services to nursing homes.

**Job Requirements**
- Keep abreast with changing medical treatments by attending continuing medical education talks and seminars.
- Achieve mandatory Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points and target training hours per year.
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate information and ideas well to other healthcare professionals and patients.

- Must be team-oriented.
- Possess good organizational, analytical and excellent communication skills.
